Not sure what your website actually needs?

Website Quick Review — $199

Get an experienced second opinion on your website. We’ll show you what we’d fix now, what we’d improve next, and what probably isn’t worth spending money on.

Get a Clearer Idea of What Your Website Actually Needs

Maybe your website feels dated. Search traffic has dropped. Important services are hard to find. The business has changed, but the website has not kept up.

Or maybe someone has told you that you need a complete redesign, SEO work, new content, or a long list of technical fixes — and you are not sure which of those things actually matter.

A Website Quick Review gives you a practical outside opinion before you commit to a larger project.

We review the site, look for the issues that matter most, and explain what we would address first.

Sometimes that means significant work.

Sometimes it means fixing a handful of pages and leaving the rest alone.

What You Get

Your $199 Website Quick Review includes:

  • A 15–20 minute private video walkthrough of your website
  • A short written recap of the main issues and priorities
  • Specific examples from your own website
  • Recommendations organized around what deserves attention first

We’ll generally break the recommendations into three groups:

What to Fix Now

Problems that are inaccurate, broken, confusing, hurting visibility, or getting in the way of customers.

What to Improve Next

Worthwhile improvements that could make the website clearer, more useful, or easier to find.

What Probably Isn’t Worth Worrying About

Things that may technically be imperfect but probably do not justify your time or money right now

What We Look At

This is not a checklist where every website receives the same recommendations.

We look at the site as a whole and focus on the areas that appear most relevant to your business, including:

  • How clearly the website explains what you do
  • Important services or information that are difficult to find
  • Outdated, thin, duplicated, or confusing content
  • Search visibility and obvious indexing problems
  • Page titles, site structure, and other search-related issues
  • Calls to action and places where potential customers may get stuck
  • Mobile usability and obvious website problems
  • Local business and location information
  • Trust and credibility issues
  • Areas where the site may no longer reflect the business as it operates today

If something looks fine, we’ll tell you that too.

A Manual Review, Not an Automated Score

There are plenty of tools that can scan a website and generate a list of warnings.

That can be useful, but it does not answer the bigger question:

What is actually worth fixing?

The Website Quick Review is performed by an expert looking at your business, your website, and how the pieces fit together.

We may use professional website and search tools where they help, but you will not receive a dump of automated scores and technical warnings with no context.

The point is to help you decide where to focus.

Turnaround time is three business days.

You Don’t Need to Give Us Access to Anything

The standard Website Quick Review uses publicly available information.

You do not need to provide access to:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Your website administrator
  • Hosting
  • Your Google Business Profile

Just send us your website address and, if you have one, the main question or concern you would like us to keep in mind.

More detailed analytics, search, technical, or competitive analysis can be handled separately when needed.

How It Works

1. Tell Us About Your Website

Send us the website address along with anything you are particularly concerned about.

2. We Review It

We look through the website, search visibility, content, structure, and other publicly available information to identify the issues that appear most important.

3. You Receive Your Review

We send you a private video walkthrough and a short written summary of the priorities.

You can take the recommendations and handle them yourself, give them to your current website provider, or ask Daley PWS to help.

There is no requirement to purchase additional work.

Already Considering a Larger Website Project?

The review can also be a useful first step before making a bigger investment.

If you decide that you would like Daley PWS to handle the recommended work, the full $199 review fee can be applied toward a Daley PWS project of $1,000 or more started within 30 days.

That might include targeted website improvements, content work, search visibility work, local visibility cleanup, a redesign, or another website project.

If you don’t need a larger project, that’s fine too. The review is intended to be useful on its own.

Is this an SEO audit?
No. Search visibility is part of the review when it is relevant, but this is a broader website review. We also look at messaging, content, usability, conversion, local information, maintenance issues, and how well the website represents the business.
Will you tell me if I need a new website?
Yes. We will also tell you if we do not think you need one. A redesign is not automatically the answer to every website problem.
Do you need access to my website or analytics?
Do you need access to my website or analytics?

Not for the standard review. We use publicly available information, so there is no need to provide passwords or account access.

Can Daley PWS make the recommended changes?
Yes. If you would like help after the review, we can discuss the work separately. There is no obligation to hire us.
What if my website needs a more detailed investigation?
If the issue requires analytics, Search Console data, a substantial technical crawl, competitive research, or more extensive strategy work, we will let you know rather than trying to squeeze it into a $199 review.
