Review Tracking & Local Visibility
An affordable way to build your online reputation, monitor reviews across the sites that matter to your business, and keep track of how you appear in local search.
Improve Your Local Visibility
When someone searches for a local business, they often make a decision before they ever reach the website.
They see your reviews. Your rating. Your Google Business Profile. And the businesses Google shows for the service they need.
Depending on your business, customers may also check reviews on Facebook, Yelp, or industry-specific sites before deciding who to call, visit, or hire.
Reviews matter, but most business owners have better things to do than chase customers for feedback, check multiple review sites, and keep checking how they appear on Google.
We make that easier with a simple system for requesting reviews, keeping track of what customers are saying, and following your local Google presence.

Asking for Reviews Made Easy
Your account includes an easy way to request Google reviews from customers.
You receive:
- Ability to email review requests
- A dedicated review-request link
- QR code setup
- The ability to send individual or bulk review requests
- A private client dashboard
Already send invoices, receipts, appointment follow-ups, or thank-you messages? Add your review link and make the request part of what you’re already doing.

Monitor Reviews Across the Web — and Respond Easily
Your reputation isn’t limited to one review site.
A medical practice, for example, may have reviews on Google as well as Healthgrades, ZocDoc, or RateMDs. An attorney may need to watch Google, Facebook, Avvo, Lawyers.com, or Martindale. A contractor may have reviews spread across Google, Facebook, Yelp, Houzz, HomeAdvisor, and other industry sites.
Your dashboard brings reviews from supported major and industry-specific sites together, making it easier to see what customers are saying without checking each site individually.
When new Google reviews are found, you can take action. Connected Google and Facebook reviews can also be answered directly through the dashboard. For other supported review sites, you can follow the link to your business listing and respond there.
We provide practical examples for responding to positive, negative, and mixed reviews.
Google Business Profile Review
First, we audit your Google Business Profile when your service begins. We look for missing, inaccurate, or outdated information and other issues that could affect how your business appears to customers.

What the Quarterly Insights Review Includes
The dashboard can show you plenty of numbers. You probably don’t want to spend your time figuring out which ones matter.
Once a quarter, Daley PWS audits the information collected through your account, along with an examination of your website for obvious issues that may deserve attention.
We look at your reviews and ratings, local search visibility, Google Business Profile, competitors, and any obvious website issues.
If something needs attention, we’ll explain it. If everything looks fine, we’ll tell you that too.
There’s no requirement to purchase additional work.
No Expensive SEO Retainer
This isn’t a traditional monthly SEO package. The idea is simpler: help you build reviews, keep track of your reputation and local visibility, and let you know when we find something worth addressing.
If we find a Google Business Profile issue, inaccurate business listings, weak visibility for an important service, or an obvious website problem, we’ll explain what we recommend. Any additional work is optional and quoted separately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this help me get more Google reviews?
Customers decide whether they leave a review, but consistently asking makes it much easier to build reviews over time.
Which review sites can you monitor?
The system supports dozens of major and industry-specific review sources, including Google, Facebook, Yelp and a range of sites for medical, legal, home-service and other businesses.
Can I respond to reviews?
I already use software that asks customers for reviews. Can I still use this service?
Yes. If Jobber, Housecall Pro, your CRM, practice software, or another system already handles review requests well, you don’t have to replace it. We can still help you keep track of reviews across supported sites, monitor your local Google visibility and review your Google Business Profile. If you choose Review Tracking + Insights, we’ll also review the results quarterly and provide recommendations.
